Gentlemen Building a good and healthy Body is just like a dream come true but how to get there, is there any short way or a shortcut? answer to that is a big fat no.However there are any many self proclaimed fitness models and guru’s who just claims and click baits “get six packs in just 2 weeks,fat loss in a week” .Gentlemen if something’s too good to be true then its not true,Don’t be baffled by their Instagram Posts they have spent a lot of time and money to look like that.

  • First point is,be prepared to be disappointed you will not see any growth within week or two,to get at your dream physique consistency is the key.Start lifting, do your compound movements exercises like barbell presses, deadlifts,barbell shoulder presses,barbell squats etc these exercises will hit multiple muscle groups and make them stronger as well.

Things to Remember

Compound exercises, like deadlifts, require a specific technique to help you stay safe and avoid injury.

Work with a trainer while performing these exercises,especially if you’ve never performed the move before.Eventually, you may be able to safely do the moves on your own. Still, it’s always a good idea to bring a workout buddy who can spot you.

If you are a beginner talk to the professional trainer in your gym they will help you figure out the appropriate weight to use.

  • Secondly there is a lot of debate among fitness industry weather to choose low weight high rep approach or high weight low rep approach,it is a very subjective term both of them works cause what is heavy for me is not heavy for other person and vise versa.We can start from a weight from which we can squeez 12 Reps and increase the load 10 reps and similarly 8 reps I personally do this and one advantage of this is we can get better of both the approach,therefore a win win for us.
  • Finally Most important of all There is saying “you become what you eat “so gentlemen this is the most easy and hard part of your muscle building journey.

It’s not a rocket science Gentlemen you need not to count your calories now and then unless you are competing for a professional bodybuilding contest,which is not the case for an average dude we just want lean muscular and healthy body.Eat leafy greens, fruits, eggs chicken, nuts,Rice and Fish,they contain necessary fats protein vitamins natural sugar and minerals for body growth.

One of the gain killer that we consume in all processed food items is sugar try to consume less of sugar.Eating less is not an option you can eat more and get you gains research has shown that eating less will not help in fat loss.

Bonus

How often I hear from guys that how many times a week we should go to gym for muscle gains my answer is 3-4 times a week is sufficient to get healthy and to get your gains.

Never forget to be hydrated drink ample of water drink at least 1 litre of water about 90 minutes before your workout. It is essential to drink water without sufficient water your muscles will not get enough electrolytes.Three liters (0.75 US gallons) is the absolute minimum on non-training days.
